Welcome gifts and a useful welcome pack with recommendations made our stay enjoyable.

Location was fantastic and comfy - easy access to a botanical garden. Had exceptionally comfortable bed, hypo-allergenic pillows. Had easy check-in too. The staff was helpful here.

The host, Vittoria, went above and beyond to send back forgotten items and provided clear check-in instructions. Everything was absolutely very good and the rooms were nice. Staff was nice, helped with everything. Appreciated a microwave oven, air conditioning, and a sofa bed available. Had a bathtub;)))

The apartment was spacious and well-decorated, with a comfortable bed and a lovely shower. the hosts were extremely polite and helpful, providing all the information we needed. the location was perfect, just steps away from a bustling street with plenty of bars and restaurants, and within walking distance of all the main attractions.

That the second bedroom did not have air conditioning, which was quite inconvenient during the hot weather. the host, Giuseppe, quickly and generously offered a solution, so we were still able to enjoy our stay.
